About Tender Ready Tools

Built by Tender Ready Tools, a Queensland-based engineer working in HV/LV project delivery.

Tender Ready Tools makes practical, no-macro Excel and Word tools for Australian construction subcontractors, industrial electrical contractors and HV/LV project delivery teams, starting with Queensland.

Each tool does one job: it shows where your prequalification, WHS, quality or tender paperwork is thin, and what to tackle first. Tools are built from the paperwork that comes up again and again in real project delivery: prequalification packs, test records, registers, payment claims and tender reviews.

How we work

• Say what a tool does, in numbers: questions, sheets, minutes, file format.
• State the limits: self-checks and general information, not legal, WHS, insurance or tendering advice.
• Link to official sources so you can verify current requirements.
• Australian spelling and Queensland terms throughout.
